In addition to regular general surveys, we also have regular one-on-one discussions with employees. Since experience has shown that we are perceived as a neutral, outside third party, many employees find it easier to talk to us about certain topics. In order not only to maintain the trust of employees, but also to deepen it in the long term, it is important never to mention names in these discussions.
